Rehabilitation Pilates

Rehabilitation Pilates is designed to support recovery after injuries and to safely address pre-existing conditions, including back problems. With a gentle and targeted approach, each session focuses on restoring mobility, improving posture, and building strength in a controlled and mindful way.Who is it for?
This program is ideal for dancers returning to training after an injury, as well as for individuals with conditions such as osteoporosis, lordosis (hollow back), and similar postural or musculoskeletal imbalances.
